1. How long does it take to have a resume made for me?

Clients receive drafts typically in 3-5 days. Rush jobs are possible and require an additional $50. Clients receive rush job drafts in 1-2 days. Please keep in mind that this time period will depend on the amount and quality of the information you provide to help with writing your resume. The more information you can provide, the better!

2. How can I trust that I will receive a quality resume?

Your resume will be written by Sherry Mirshahi, an expert professional resume writer with years of hands-on experience creating resumes for others in various industries. Furthermore, Sherry has receive formal training in resume writing and has been mentored by two of the leading resume writers inthe industry, Gayle Howard, and Camille Carboneau Roberts. Lastly, Sherry believes in making each resume reflect the unique qualities of the candidate. As a result, you can expect that your document will NOT be created from a template.

3. Do you provide payment plans?

For clients with financial challenges, we provide the option to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. However, please note that we can not release your documents to you until you have paid in full.

4. Can you guarantee that the resume you write for me will get me a job?

You will receive phone calls if you submit your resume following all of our instructions. No one can guarantee you job. If they do, it is simply to win your business.  The best resume is no good if you do not use it correctly or interview poorly.

In the unlikely event that you have followed our suggestions and have not received interview calls, please contact us and we will evaluate your job search procedure and provide you with our advice. We will also re-evaluate your resume and see if there is any room for improvement -- we will rewrite it at no cost to you.

5. Can I cancel or receive a refund?

Because we are providing a service and producing a product that cannot be resold, we cannot offer you refunds. However, you do have a 24-hour cancellation window, for any reason. You can also cancel after you have received our delivery e-mail notification, if your are not happy with delivery time.

You must cancel for delivery time within 24 hours from receiving our delivery time e-mail.  For all other reasons, within 24 hours from order time. To cancel, send an e-mail to: Support@InterviewRoadmap.com
